Philadephia Rapper PnB Rock Shot and Killed at Roscoe's Chicken & Waffles In Inglewood South Central Los Angeles

Famous rapper PnB Rock has died after being shot during a robbery at Roscoe’s Chicken & Waffles on Main Street and Manchester in South Central Los Angeles on September 12, 2022, at 1:15 pm Monday afternoon. According to the LAPD, the Philadelphia rapper Rakim Allen was out to eat with his girlfriend when an unknown assailant approached and demanded his money and jewels. TMZ is reporting that PnB Rock’s girlfriend posted a picture to social media inadvertently sharing their location. A short time later he would be shot multiple times the attacker would remove items from the victim before fleeing in an awaiting getaway vehicle. Los Angeles Capt. Kelly Muniz said that the 30-year-old rapper was rushed to a nearby hospital but was pronounced dead at 1:57 pm. They believe he was targeted for his Jewelry investigators are examining surveillance video in hopes of identifying the suspects. PnB Rock burst onto the scene back in 2016 with his breakout hit “Selfish,” He went on to collaborate with the likes of Ed Sheeran and Chance The Rapper on “Cross Me.'“ In an interview with DJ Akademiks which has gone viral PnB talks about the challenges of being in LA and how once when he was on Fairfax with his family and a group of gang members attempted to rob him. To which DJ Akademiks replied “ I’m seeing mad videos like they don’t even do it at night. Like night maybe, but broad daylight, that’s when they do it.” That interview would be a chilling reality come to fruition PnB Rock would say “ I never got robbed, ever in my life.” He would compare Philadelphia criminals to Los Angeles saying “ Where I’m from we sneaky criminals, in LA they bold.” As reported by some of his fans PnB had been wearing a chain that was worth $550,000 as well as two Rolex watches.
