Boosie Calls T.I. A Snitch in Recent Vlad Tv Interview Says Joint Album is Canceled

T.I. appeared to admit to once “snitching” on his dead cousin to avoid jail time. And that revelation has sparked a heated debate on social media – with folks debating whether T.I. did anything wrong. Well, one outspoken rapper feels that he absolutely violated the street code and claims he’s a rat. Boosie Badazz in his first Vlad Tv interview of 2023 reacts to the revelation that fellow rapper T.I. cooperated with police to beat a gun charge. Tip recollection of the events went like this “We at Lennox Mall parking lot, we unload the truck [of stolen clothes], I’m talking to the man while I’m making the play,” he said. At this point, Tip revealed that the customer was taking his time verifying the authenticity of the clothes. That’s when the security showed up”.

“We get in the car and we pull off. And then, of course, they followed behind us and called the real police. So before we actually get on the expressway, the real police pull us over. I have a gun,” TIP said.

During the trial, his cousin Toot would be murdered and according to T.I., his lawyers came up with the bright idea to place the blame on him. “We caught those gun cases, Toot died. My lawyer said, ‘Well, you know, I could make everything go away if it was Toot’s, it was Tremel’s,’” he said. “After he had passed, I had a talk with him. Toot said, ‘I’ll take all the charges you got! If you can walk away free and put it on me, goddamn right! ‘Cause I’ll be damned if they gon’ come and mothafuckin’ extradite me from here!’”

Firearm rights advocate Nicki Davis Jr., who showed up as a guest on the the Expeditiously podcast episode, asked whether this specific occurrence assumed any part in the snitching claims that T.I. has faced over his career. To which T.I. exclaimed “Hell nah. Don’t nobody know about that, I just volunteered this information,” he said. “That’s the only time I done ever said or gave information because that’s my big cousin. He was dead and he told me that it was OK.”

Boosie disagrees claiming on Vlad Tv that any cooperation with law enforcement by definition makes you a rat. In this interview, Boosie reflected on his past comments about Terrance “Gangsta” Williams’ decision to snitch on the dead. After maintaining his stance, the Banton Rouge native reacted to T.I. revealing he told on his deceased cousin in his younger years. Boosie said if T.I.’s story is true, then he would be a “rat” as well. Despite feeling like T.I. wasn't being truthful in his story, he still revealed that T.I.’s remarks caused him to cancel their planned joint album.
